When Plastic Bag is blown off a ship into the sea, he is lost and alone, and the ocean animals don’t want him there. They show him all the plastic bottles polluting the seabed. Plastic Bag comes up with a plan to remove them, clean the ocean, and return the beautiful home to the fish families.
