When we refer to “Skyky,” we mean Skyky Cultural Publishers Ltd. When we refer to “personal data,” we mean anything that is identifiable to a natural person. When we refer to this “Competition,” we mean the Skyky Publishing Annual Literature Competition which you are signing up for. 

 

This Privacy Policy applies to all of Skyky’s Programs including: the Skyky Scholars Program, social media pages, our website, and any other interactions (i.e. email newsletters, customers service, etc…).

  2. Registration Information: upon registration we will require your real name, country, email address, your real name, your parent’s email address and phone contact number. This information will be your personally identifiable information 

  3. Location Information: We will receive information that helps give an approximation to your location. Unless you enable a third-party application that gives your precise location, your location information will be anonymized and not personally identifiable.

By registering and participating in this Competition, you consent to be photographed and video-recorded during webinars and workshops, as well as to have your essay submission published on Skyky’s websites.

We will use the email you provided during registration. You can opt out of receiving any of this information by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.
