Stuck in a battle royale game, fourteen-year-old William and his squad seek more than just bragging rights—they need the cash prize to change their lives. He has Noah, the guy who’s never afraid to take risks, Joshua, the shotgun pro, and Harry, who tries to contribute to the team but dies continuously. William sees quickly that they are not going to win just on skills, even if they improve in the game.

Every move, every shot, and every decision, everything matters. The only way William and his friends can win is by working as a team, trusting each other, and being persistent, even when the last standing team hoards all the loot. William is not going to help give away that ending by quitting—this game is the only chance for him to feel what it’s like to be rich.
